My wife Linda and I live in Chandler Arizona. Over the years our inside cats have grown to four. I enjoy the cats but the litter box was a different matter.
As hard as she tried there was always litter all over the floor, not to mention the odor and health risks associated with the litter box. I have worked with wood for quite a few years, so I drew up some plans to build a unit that would install into a window and accommodated a litter box. It is vented and climate controlled using a small low voltage fan, and it can be cleaned from inside or outside the house.
It's been over five years now and no more litter on the floor and most of all no more smell.
The cats love to sit on the resting area and look out of the window.
When other cat owners saw that it worked, they all wanted one to. It worked so well I decided to patent my design. It took 5 years but I now have my patent for my window mounted Casa, and I am offering it to you.
